HLD aims to become an internationally recognized center of excellence for innovation and development in medical diagnostic technologies. Located in Neuchâtel – Serrières, at the heart of Switzerland’s “Health Valley”, HLD aims to create a dynamic ecosystem that fosters collaboration between industry, academic institutions and research centers to accelerate the transition to 4P medicine (personalized, preventive, predictive and participatory). By providing state-of-the-art infrastructures and catalyzing synergies between key players, HLD is positioned as an engine of economic and technological growth for the Neuchâtel region and beyond.

Development of portable, rapid diagnostic devices for use directly with patients (POCT), enabling immediate, accurate results, essential for improving medical decision-making and optimizing care.

In Vitro Diagnostics

Design of innovative solutions for biological laboratory analysis, aimed at early and accurate detection of disease using tests on biological samples (blood, urine, tissue) with advanced technologies.

Digital Health

Integration of digital solutions for monitoring, analyzing and managing medical data, facilitating personalized diagnosis and treatment thanks to artificial intelligence, telemedicine and connected tools.

Automation

Optimization of diagnostic processes with automated systems to reduce lead times, increase accuracy and minimize human error, covering both pre-diagnosis and post-diagnosis phases.
